Around the Quad- July 11 & 30
Photography has been a terrific way for me to pass the time being away at school for the summer. It has given me an outlet to escape into my own little creative world! I've gone on a few expeditions around campus and these are some of the shots I've captured.

The first official day I had my brand new camera! What a gift. I went out on an adventure around my house and took some wonderful shots of beautiful mother nature, and finished off with some eerie storm shots that night!
Art Fair- July 10, 2011
My first weekend in Bloomington Normal, Illinois, there was a big art festival in Uptown Normal. Although it wasn't officially in celebration of my arrival, I like to think they all knew I was coming :) Such talented and creative people, it was an inspiration seeing all their work! Although the weather was hot and sticky, still a really fun day!
Forth Of July Weekend! July 3-6, 2011
Before I left for school I got to spend time with some of the most important people in my life, and I had a blast taking pictures! Family, neighbors, and friends- the weather was hot but everyone had a great time hanging out by the pool and watching fireworks!
